PAYMENT

• His-Cul Tour Operator and Travel Agency shall accept agency or individual requests to provide services in connection with tour and travel services in good faith.
• After confirmation of tours, agencies making bookings with His-Cul Tour and Travels shall make payments in the following manner, as His-Cul Tour & Travels enters into a contract on their behalf with hotels and other service rendering agencies in connection with the tour arrangement:
• Twenty five percent (25%) upon confirmation of the tour and,
• The balance of seventy five (75%) just forty five days prior to the commencement of the tour.
• If complete payment has not been made as per above, His-Cul Tour & Travel Operator is not obliged to accept the client/conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made beforehand, and no refund will be made.

Cancellation

The following charges will be applicable when there is cancellation of tour booking: charges:

• An administration fee of USD 55 per head if cancellation is made from 60 days to 31 days before departure date.
• A payment of 50% of the total price if booking is cancelled from 30 days to 15 days prior to the commencement of the tour date.
• No refund will be made if tour booking is cancelled in less than 15 days before departure date.
• Travel cancellation and baggage insurance is advisable.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Rates
Our rates include all expenses in connection with vehicles and driver-guides, hotel accommodation on full breakfast basis, entrance fee, portage fees, local guide fee, price of boat where applicable, service charge and government tax. International airfare, visa charges, beverages, laundry, postage, telephone, fax charges and other all other items of personal nature will not be included.

Accommodation:

We look rooms with private bath-rooms on the basis of any bed category.

Transportation:

We will arrange minivans, jeeps and coaches depending on number of passengers and route/road condition.

Guides:

Ethiopian professional guides who speak German, French and English are provided.

LIABILITY

Cancellation of tour bookings must be made in writing, and are subject to the following charges:

• His-Cul Tour Operator & Travel Agency and its agents act only as agents of passengers in all matters relating to hotel accommodation, transport of tour by air, boat or any other means, and it shall not be liable for injury, flight schedule changes or delay, loss or damage arising from any cause and in any manner whatsoever.
• His-Cul Tour Operator & Travel Agency’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of Ethiopia, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises.
• His-Cul Tour Operator & Travel Agency reserves the right to employ subcontractors whenever necessary to carry out all or any part of the services agreed to be supplied.
• His-Cul Tour Operator & Travel Agency’s vehicles are comprehensively insured.
• Whilst every care is taken, His-Cul Tour Operator & Travel Agency cannot be held responsible for loss of baggage or other personal belongings.
